Unless taken in large amounts, hemp oil, including CBD oils and hemp seeds, usually won't show up on drug tests. This is because drug tests detect THC, the active ingredient in marijuana; the THC level in hemp oil is much lower than in marijuana, usually too low to be detected. A regular drug test doesn't detect CBD, so using hemp oil or other related products won't result in a positive drug test. However, the CBD industry is not strictly regulated in the United States and in Canada there is a large gray market.
